Mission Table

The Mission Table is a pleasure to build. The mortise and tenon joinery will assure that the table will last for generations. With the center leaf in place the table will seat 10 very comfortably. The top is made of solid hardwoods, oak plywood and has inlet wood keys at the joints in a true Stickley style.

Mission Buffet

To complement the dining set we designed the Mission Buffet. There is a great deal of storage behind each of the doors, which has a single glass shelf on each side. The six drawers have half blind dovetails and the small center door has an oak inlay in the center. This has proven to be one of our more popular designs and is easily constructed from white oak solid material and a sheet of 1/4" & 3/4" oak plywood.

Mission Sideboard

This sideboard has been in development for the past year and we are very pleased with the final design.
We feel that this piece represents our Mission Line at its very best. As with our chairs the legs are designed with the quadralinear post construction. These posts have four quartersawn boards mitered and then glued. This design technique best displays the oak's ray flake that seems to wrap around the leg.
This is one of our designs, which offer a complete set of hardware, as it can be difficult to locate reproduction hardware of good quality.

Mission Entertainment Center

This unit with the locking wooden key inserts in the doors is distinctive of the Mission Style. The Center will accommodate most 32" televisions and VCR's. The TV is located on a pull-out tray that is mounted on a swivel. The bottom drawers can be used to store videotapes, CD's, clothing or blankets.

This lamp is very similar to those that were designed by Gustav Stickley, Frank Lloyd Wright and others at the turn of the century. Through the years the design has been called the Prairie Style. Mission Rocking Chair

This Rocker is owned by Jim McNair, the graphic designer of American Furnitre Design's calalog. Inherited from his Grandmother, Clara Moreland, it is a true Art's & Crafts design. At almost a 100 years old, it is very comfortable to sit in. The assembly is done with mortise and tenon joints.

Mission Dresser

This center will accommodate most TV's with a case up to 40" wide.This unit was designed to compliment our mission line. You will find this a very easy project to complete. The legs and face frames are solid wood and the balance is hardwood plywood. The side storage will accommodate acc. units such as Stereo Tuner, VCR, CD Player etc. The drawers in the front offer great storage for CD's, tapes etc. The doors are mounted with concealed door hardware and disappear into the case when open.
